Spring is finally showing up on the plate—and this dinner is all about those first real flavors of the season.
Join us at Auerfarm for our May Farm-to-Table Dinner, where we’re leaning into what’s coming out of the ground right now—crisp asparagus, sweet peas, wild garlic, and the first hits of strawberry and rhubarb.
This is a menu that bridges the seasons. It still has a little depth from the colder months, but you’ll start to feel that brightness coming through in every course.

These dinners tend to fill quickly, and we keep them intentionally small so the experience stays personal.

Spring is finally stretching its legs, the sun is lingering a little longer, and Auerfarm is coming back to life—and there is no better way to celebrate it than around the table.
Join Distinctive Ideas for a chef-led farm-to-table dinner that begins not just with a meal, but with a moment. Arrive early, take a walk through the farm, breathe in that crisp spring air, and settle into an evening rooted in community, connection, and really beautiful food.
We’ll start with a bright and refreshing shaved asparagus and fennel salad, layered with creamy goat cheese, pistachio, and citrus—crisp, vibrant, and full of that early-season energy we’ve all been waiting for.
Then we move into something a little more grounding: herb-crusted lamb, paired with silky carrot purée, delicate potato pavé, and charred leeks, finished with a fragrant spring garlic oil. It’s rich, it’s balanced, and it’s everything you want as the seasons begin to shift.
And for dessert, a little sunshine on a plate—Portuguese sour cream cake with lemon curd and sugared basil mascarpone. Light, citrusy, and just herbaceous enough to keep things interesting.
This is what we do best—bringing people together, creating space to disconnect from the noise, and reconnect over food that is intentional, seasonal, and meant to be shared.
